Cookie and Analytics Notice

1. Current Cookie Use

The current SolveMotive website does not set first-party cookies for ordinary browsing, does not provide user accounts or saved preferences, and does not use advertising cookies. The contact form submits information directly to our server without relying on a browser cookie.

2. Cookieless Analytics

We use Vercel services to understand aggregate website use and performance:

• Vercel Web Analytics: Processes aggregate route, referrer, approximate country, browser, and operating-system information. Vercel documents this service as cookieless and uses a request-derived identifier that resets daily.
• Vercel Speed Insights: Processes anonymous Web Vitals and related route, device, network, browser, operating-system, and country information. It is not designed to identify a visitor or reconstruct a browsing session.

These tools do not use cookies to track visitors across days or across different websites.

3. Fonts and External Services

Website fonts are built and self-hosted through Next.js rather than loaded from Google when a visitor opens a page. Social-media and other external links lead to third-party sites that may use their own cookies after you follow the link; their notices govern that activity.

4. Browser Controls

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Because the current public website does not depend on first-party cookies for its normal features, blocking cookies should not prevent ordinary browsing or contact-form use. Browser privacy tools may still block analytics or performance requests.

5. Changes to Website Storage

If we later add functionality that requires cookies or similar browser storage, this notice will be updated before that use becomes part of the published website. Where applicable law requires consent, the relevant controls will be provided before non-essential storage is used.

6. Global Privacy and Do Not Track Signals

The website does not currently implement individualized behavior for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because its built-in analytics are cookieless and aggregate. Browser-level blocking and privacy controls remain available.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this notice when website functionality, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
