• Contact Security Identifiers: The contact endpoint derives an IP address or Vercel-provided JA4 digest to count requests during a one-minute rate-limit window.
• Aggregate Website Analytics: Visited route, referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system, and similar aggregate usage information processed through Vercel Web Analytics.
• Performance Data: Web Vitals, route, device category, connection type, browser, operating system, and country processed through Vercel Speed Insights.
• Hosting and Security Logs: Vercel may process request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs to deliver and secure the website.

• Resend: Delivers contact-form emails to our designated inbox.
• Vercel: Hosts the website and provides cookieless Web Analytics and anonymous Speed Insights.
• Email Providers: Process recruitment emails and attachments sent directly between an applicant and the SolveMotive inbox.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Changes: Where information must be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.

4. Data Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the website and the information it processes, including HTTPS in transit, bounded contact-form payloads, input validation, access controls, and provider security controls.

The application does not store contact submissions in its own database. A submission is sent through Resend to the designated SolveMotive inbox. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Retention

Contact-form email data is retained by Resend for 30 days by default and may remain in the receiving business inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Contact rate-limit records contain an identifier, request count, and one-minute expiry; because the current limiter is process-local, an expired record may remain in server memory until that server instance is recycled or the identifier is seen again. Recruitment emails and attachments may remain in the receiving inbox until manually deleted; no automated applicant-retention period is currently implemented. Aggregate analytics and hosting data follow the applicable provider retention settings. You may request deletion as described below, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.

• Access to personal information we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion or restriction, subject to applicable retention obligations
• Information about the service providers involved in processing
