Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Welcome to SolveMotive. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including product delivery and Hire Talent engagements. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SolveMotive website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
SolveMotive provides product engineering and related services, including custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, blockchain development, UI/UX design, MVP development, digital marketing, and Hire Talent engagements such as staff augmentation and dedicated teams.
Services may be delivered remotely to clients worldwide from Pakistan. Markets we serve pages on this website describe geographic markets we serve remotely and do not imply local offices in those markets unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
All client engagements are governed by individual project agreements, statements of work (SOW), or Hire Talent / staff-augmentation agreements that outline scope, roles, timelines, fees, ownership, and other engagement-specific conditions. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any engagement-specific agreements.
3. Website Content and Product Concepts
Content on this website, including service descriptions, industry pages, markets we serve pages, comparison pages, blog posts, and use cases, is provided for general information.
Use cases and similar pages are representative product concepts illustrating workflows, architecture considerations, and product judgment. Unless a page expressly identifies a named client engagement with permission to publish results, they are not case studies, client testimonials, warranties, or promises of specific outcomes, timelines, or metrics.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client Work: Ownership of source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client engagement is governed by the applicable project or Hire Talent agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, clients typically receive ownership of custom work product upon full payment of amounts due for that work.
- Pre-existing Materials: SolveMotive retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, or methodologies used in the course of delivering services.
- Website Content: All content on the SolveMotive website (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of SolveMotive and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. User Conduct

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms or career applications
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without permission
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for projects and Hire Talent engagements are defined in individual agreements. General terms include:
- Payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins
- Late payments may result in delays, suspension, or reduced capacity
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the applicable agreement
- Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and remains in effect indefinitely for trade secrets and for three (3) years for other confidential information, unless a signed agreement sets a different period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveMotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement sets a different limit.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
For deliverables and Hire Talent capacity, warranty, acceptance, and support terms are defined in individual agreements. SolveMotive may provide a post-launch or transition support period as specified in the applicable scope.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests. 11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless a signed engagement agreement designates a different governing law or forum.
